Noor is Rasha Beauty's in-house AI beauty assistant. These terms explain what Noor does, what information she works with, and the choices you have. Using Noor means you accept these terms; they complement our store Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What Noor is

Noor is a software assistant we built for this store. She helps you choose products that fit your skin, recommends items based on your answers, teaches you how to use what you buy, and assists you while you shop — by text or voice, in Arabic or English. Noor is not a doctor, pharmacist, or dermatologist: her guidance is cosmetic advice only. For any medical concern (persistent irritation, suspected allergy, skin conditions), she will always direct you to a professional instead of advising.

2. Information Noor works with

To do her job, Noor processes: the messages you type; the answers you give her (such as your name, age range, skin type, concerns, sensitivities, and budget); photos you choose to attach (used only to give cosmetic guidance, never to diagnose); voice recordings when you use the microphone (converted to text to understand you); and the products you view or ask about. We collect only what you choose to share in the conversation.

3. How we use this information

We use what you share to: answer you and personalize recommendations within the conversation; remember your journey across visits only if you are signed in to your account and accept these terms (see section 4); hand you over smoothly to our human team on WhatsApp when you ask or when a question needs a person; and improve Noor and our software — our team may review conversations to correct mistakes, tune her answers, and make the experience better. We never sell your personal information, and we never use your photos or voice for anything except answering you.

4. Memory: guests vs. signed-in shoppers

Guests chat freely: the conversation lives only in your current session and no lasting profile is kept about you. Signed-in shoppers who accept these terms get Noor's memory: she keeps a small profile (the basics you told her — name, age, skin type, concerns, sensitivities, budget) and short dated summaries of past conversations, so she can pick up where you left off across visits and devices. Housekeeping is automatic: only your most recent conversations are kept in full, older chat transcripts are deleted, and stored conversations are purged after 90 days.

5. Your controls

Inside the chat, the settings (⚙) menu lets you: see exactly what Noor remembers about you, edit or delete the basics, clear Noor's memory, clear the current conversation, and — where enabled — permanently delete all your chat data. Deleting chat data does not touch your Shopify account or order history. You can also email us at rasha.beauty.lb@gmail.com for any data request.

6. Who processes the data

Noor runs on trusted infrastructure: your messages are processed by Google's Gemini AI models (Google Cloud) to generate replies, transcribe voice, and read attached photos; conversations and profiles are stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union; the store itself runs on Shopify and Noor's software is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data only to operate the service. Noor and this store were developed for us by KHANSA, our software partner, who maintains the software but does not own your data.

7. Fair use

Please use Noor for shopping and skincare questions. Don't use her to attempt to extract other people's information, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to overload the service. We may limit access to keep Noor available for everyone.
