All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Skincare and cosmetics are personal-hygiene goods: no product that has left our care is ever restocked or resold, whatever the reason. This rule is a core part of our authenticity guarantee — every item we deliver is sealed, sourced directly from Korea, and handled only by us, and our customers can trust that nothing they receive has ever been in other hands.
Inspect on delivery. Please examine your order at the moment of delivery, in the courier's presence. By accepting the package, you confirm you have received your order complete and in good condition.

جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا نقبل الإرجاع ولا الاستبدال ولا استرداد المبالغ. مستحضرات العناية بالبشرة والتجميل سلع نظافة شخصية، ولا يُعاد أي منتج خرج من عهدتنا إلى المخزون ولا يُباع مجددًا مهما كان السبب. هذه القاعدة جزء أساسي من ضمانة الأصالة عندنا: كل قطعة تصلكِ مختومة، مستوردة مباشرة من كوريا، ولم تمرّ إلا بأيدينا، ولهذا تثق عميلاتنا أن ما يصلهنّ لم يلمسه أحد من قبل.
الفحص عند الاستلام. يُرجى فحص الطلب لحظة التسليم وبحضور الموزّع، وباستلام الطرد تؤكدين أن طلبكِ وصل كاملًا وبحالة سليمة.
