«رشا بيوتي» («نحنا») بتشغّل هالموقع من بيروت، لبنان. هالسياسة بتشرح شو منجمع من معلومات، ليش، مين بيتعامل معها لحسابنا، قدّيش منحتفظ فيها، وكيف فيكي تحكينا. نور، المساعدة الذكية تبعنا، إلها صفحة خاصة فيها تفاصيل شو بتحتفظ فيه: «شروط نور وبياناتك».

شو منجمع

لمّا تطلبي: اسمك، رقم تلفونك، عنوان التوصيل، إيميلك، وتفاصيل طلبك.

لمّا تعملي حساب أو تسجّلي دخولك: إيميلك. وإذا دخلتي بحساب Google، Google بتبعت اسمك وإيميلك وصورتك لـ Shopify، يلّي بتشغّل حسابات الزباين عنّا. وفيكي كمان تدخلي بتطبيق Shop تبع Shopify، أو برمز بيوصلك عالإيميل.

لمّا تشتركي بأخبارنا من الصفحة الرئيسية، أو تعلّمي عالمربّع وقت الدفع: إيميلك وموافقتك إنو نراسلك.

لمّا تكبسي «بلّغيني لما يرجع» على منتج مش متوفّر: إيميلك، لنخبّرك بس يرجع.

رسايلك إلنا، على خط المساعدة بالطلبات عالواتساب أو عالإيميل: محتواها. لمّا تحكي مع نور: شوفي صفحة «شروط نور وبياناتك».

لمّا تتصفّحي: Shopify بتسجّل كيف بينستعمل المتجر، متل الصفحات يلّي بتزوريها، نوع جهازك ومتصفّحك، موقعك التقريبي، ومن وين وصلتيلنا. وصفحة المتجر ونور بيسجّلوا أي فلاتر وبحث وأزرار بتستعملي، تحت رمز عشوائي محفوظ بمتصفّحك، بلا اسم ولا رقم ولا إيميل.

كيف منستعملها

لنستلم طلبك ونوصّلو، نأكّد العنوان والتوقيت معك عالواتساب، ونجاوب عأسئلتك. لتوصلك إيميلات الطلب، متل التأكيد وأخبار الشحن.

بس إذا اشتركتي: أخبار المنتجات الجديدة، وتذكير إذا تركتي طلب بنص الدفع. وكل إيميل تسويقي فيه رابط لتوقّفي الاشتراك.

إذا بتستعملي تطبيق Shop، ممكن يذكّرك بسلّتك أو يخبّرك إذا منتج رجع أو نزل سعرو، حسب إعداداتك فيه.

لنفهم شو ماشي منيح بالموقع ونصلّح يلّي مش ماشي. وما منبيع ولا منأجّر معلوماتك الشخصية أبدا.

مين بيتعامل مع معلوماتك لحسابنا

Shopify بتشغّل المتجر والدفع والحسابات والإيميلات، وبتخزّن هالمعلومات بأميركا. وبتستعملها كمان حسب سياسة الخصوصية تبعها، ورابطها بالنسخة الإنكليزية.

إذا دفعتي بـ Whish، الدفعة بتصير عند Whish، ونحنا ما منشوف وما منخزّن أي معلومات بطاقات أو محافظ. شركة التوصيل بتاخد اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك، الحد الأدنى ليوصلولك.

Google بتأمّن الدخول بحساب Google، وبتشغّل الذكاء الاصطناعي تبع نور. والإيميل تبعنا على Gmail: الرسايل يلّي بتوصل على عنواننا بتتحوّل لهونيك عن طريق Namecheap، الشركة يلّي مسجّل عندها اسم موقعنا.

Supabase بتخزّن محادثات نور وسجلّ استعمال الموقع، ورقم كل طلب مع رمز السلة والمجموع، على سيرفرات بزيوريخ، بسويسرا. و Vercel بتشغّل برنامج نور بفرانكفورت، بألمانيا.

الواتساب بينقل رسايل خط المساعدة بالطلبات ورسايل التوصيل والاستلام، ومحمي بتشفيرو الكامل، ومنستعملها بس لطلباتك. KHANSA، شريكنا بالبرمجة، عملت هالموقع ونور وبتهتم فيهن لحسابنا.

منستعمل أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي، منها Claude من Anthropic الموصول بإدارة متجرنا، لتساعدنا نشغّل المتجر. وممكن تتعامل مع تفاصيل الطلبات والزباين لحسابنا.

الكوكيز وشو منحفظ بمتصفّحك

Shopify بتستعمل كوكيز لتشغّل السلة والدفع وتسجيل الدخول، ولتعدّ الزيارات. اللائحة الكاملة برابط بالنسخة الإنكليزية.

ونور وصفحة المتجر بيحفظوا كم شغلة صغيرة بمتصفّحك: رمز عشوائي للمحادثة، رمز عشوائي للجهاز كرمال نور تتذكرك عليه، لغتك، إعدادات الصوت، وإذا شفتي ترحيبها. إذا مسحتي بيانات الموقع من متصفّحك، بينمسحوا.

إذا زرتينا من المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو بريطانيا أو سويسرا، بيطلعلك شريط لتقبلي أو ترفضي كوكيز الإحصاءات والتسويق قبل ما تنحط. رموز نور يلّي فوق جزء من شغل المحادثة وما بيتحكّم فيها الشريط، ولا بسجلّ استعمال صفحة المتجر.

إحصاءات Google: منستعمل Google Analytics بتطبيق Google & YouTube عند Shopify، لنعدّ الزيارات ونفهم كيف الناس بتلاقي المتجر وبتستعملو، ولنقيس المشتريات. بيحط كوكيز وبيبعت لـ Google الصفحات يلّي بتشوفيها، جهازك، موقعك التقريبي ومشترياتك. كيف Google بتستعمل هالمعلومات: الرابط بالنسخة الإنكليزية.

Meta: منستعمل بكسل Meta وخدمة التحويلات تبعها بتطبيق Facebook & Instagram عند Shopify، لنقيس إعلاناتنا ونعرضها عالفيسبوك والـ Instagram لناس ممكن يهمّهم. لمّا تزورينا أو تشتري، بيوصل لـ Meta شو شفتي من صفحات ومنتجات، شو زدتي عالسلة وشو اشتريتي، مع إيميلك ورقمك من صفحة الدفع مشفّرين، كرمال Meta تطابقهن مع حساباتها.

قدّيش منحتفظ فيها

سجلّات الطلبات: بس للمدة الضرورية للمحاسبة والضمان. حسابك: لحتى تطلبي نمسحو. موافقتك عالتسويق: لحتى توقّفي الاشتراك. رسايلك إلنا عالواتساب والإيميل: بتضل بهالتطبيقات لحتى نمسحها أو تطلبي نمسحها. محادثات نور وملفاتها، وسجلّ استعمال الموقع: ما في مسح تلقائي، والتفاصيل بصفحة نور.

حقوقك

طلبات الاطّلاع على المعلومات يلّي عنّا عنك، أو تصحيحها أو مسحها، أو وقف الرسايل التسويقية، بتوصلنا بأي وقت عالإيميل المذكور بالنسخة الإنكليزية تحت. طلبات المسح منعالجها بإيدنا، وعالإيميل بس.

Privacy Policy

Rasha Beauty (“we”, “us”) runs rasha.beauty from Beirut, Lebanon. This policy explains what we collect, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it and how to reach us. Noor, our AI beauty assistant, has its own page with the details of what she keeps: Noor Terms & Your Data.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, email and order details.

When you create an account or sign in: your email address. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Shopify, which runs our customer accounts. You can also sign in with Shop, Shopify's shopping app, or with a one-time code sent to your email.

When you sign up for our news on the homepage, or tick the marketing box at checkout: your email and your consent to hear from us.

When you tap “Notify me” on a product that is out of stock: your email, so we can tell you when it is back.

When you message our order-help line on WhatsApp, or email us: what you send. When you chat with Noor: see Noor Terms & Your Data.

When you browse: Shopify records how the store is used (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, how you reached us). Our shop page and Noor also record which filters, searches and buttons are used, under a random ID stored in your browser; this record has no name or contact details.

How we use it

To take and deliver your order, confirm the address and timing with you on WhatsApp, and answer your questions. To send order emails, such as the confirmation and shipping updates.

Only if you subscribed: news about new products, and a reminder if you leave a checkout unfinished. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

If you use Shop, Shopify's app may remind you about your cart or tell you when a product is back in stock or its price drops, according to your settings in Shop.

To see what works on the site and fix what doesn't. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who handles your data for us

Shopify runs our store, checkout, customer accounts and emails, and stores this data in the United States. Shopify also uses data as described in its own privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.

Whish processes your payment. We never see or store your card or wallet details. Our delivery courier receives your name, phone number and address, the minimum needed to reach you.

Google provides the “Continue with Google” sign-in and runs Noor's AI (Google Cloud Vertex AI). Our email inbox is Gmail: mail sent to rasha.beauty.lb@gmail.com is forwarded there by Namecheap, the company that holds our domain.

Supabase stores Noor's chats, our site's usage records and order references (order ID, cart ID and total) on servers in Zurich, Switzerland. Vercel runs Noor's software in Frankfurt, Germany.

WhatsApp carries our order-help line and our delivery and pickup messages, protected by its end-to-end encryption; we use them only for your orders. KHANSA, our software partner, built and maintains this site and Noor for us.

We use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude connected to our Shopify admin, to help us run the store; they may process order and customer details on our behalf.

Cookies and browser storage

Shopify uses cookies to run the cart, checkout and sign-in, and to count visits. Shopify's list: shopify.com/legal/cookies.

Noor and our shop page keep a few small items in your browser's storage: a random chat ID, a random device ID that lets Noor remember you on this device, your language, voice and sound settings, and whether you have seen her hello. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies before they are set. Noor's storage items above are part of how the chat works and are not controlled by the banner, and neither is our shop page's usage record.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, through Shopify's Google & YouTube app, to count visits, see how people find and use the store, and measure purchases. It sets cookies and sends Google the pages you view, your device, approximate location and purchases. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Meta pixel and Conversions API. We use Meta's pixel and Conversions API, through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram app, to measure our ads and show them on Facebook and Instagram to people likely to be interested. When you visit or buy, events such as pages and products viewed, add-to-cart and purchases are sent to Meta, with contact details from checkout (such as email and phone) in scrambled (hashed) form so Meta can match them to its accounts.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe. Messages to us on WhatsApp and email: in those apps, until we delete them or you ask us to. Noor chats and profiles, and our site's usage records: there is no automatic deletion; details are on the Noor page.

Your rights

Email us anytime at rasha.beauty.lb@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. Deletion requests are handled by hand, by email only.
