1. منتجاتكن أصلية؟ — Are your products authentic?
أكيد. كل قطعة عنّا أصلية 100% وبتوصلك بعلبتها الأصلية، ما حدا فاتحها، وكل شي عالموقع منتقّى بذوق رشا. إذا عندك سؤال عن منتج معيّن، نور بتجاوبك.

2. شو يعني «اختيار رشا»؟ — What is "Rasha's Edit"?
هيدي فكرتنا كلها: بدل رفّ ضخم، تشكيلة منتقاة بدقة، رشا بتجرّب وبتختار فيها كل منتج بنفسها. ما في داعي تحزري شو المنيح — هيدا شغلها هي.
It's our whole idea: instead of a huge shelf, a tightly curated selection where Rasha personally tries and picks every single product. You don't have to guess what's good — that's her job.
3. شو يعني «باكيج»؟ — What is a "pack"?
الباكيج هو روتين كامل من تنقاية رشا: منتج بطل واحد مع المنتجات المساعدة يلّي بتخلّيه يشتغل أحسن — مثلاً باكيج عناية النهار، باكيج عناية الليل، وباكيج مكياج كل يوم. وكل منتج جوّا الباكيج فيكي تشتريه لحالو كمان.
A pack is a complete routine curated by Rasha: one hero product plus the helpers that make it work best — for example a day-skincare pack, a night-skincare pack, and an everyday-makeup pack. Every product in a pack can also be bought individually.
4. كيف بطلب؟ — How do I order?
كلّها من الموقع: حطّي يلّي بيعجبك بالسلّة وكمّلي الطلب — هيدا كل الطلب، بلا ما تحتاجي واتساب. وقبل ما تشتري، نور، خبيرة الجمال بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بتساعدك بالاختيار.

5. قدّيش التوصيل وكم بياخد وقت؟ — How much is delivery and how long does it take?
بعلبك: 4 دولار، خلال 24–48 ساعة. باقي المناطق: 7 دولار، خلال 48–72 ساعة. التوصيل مجاني لأي طلب 50 دولار وما فوق — يعني كل الباكيجات توصيلها مجاني. والأصدقاء المقرّبون والعائلة يلي بيعرفوا مستودعنا بيقدروا يختاروا «استلام» عند الدفع — مجاناً، ومنخبّرك عالواتساب لمّا يجهز الطلب.
Baalbeck: $4, within 24–48 hours. Rest of Lebanon: $7, within 48–72 hours. Free delivery on any order of $50 or more — which means every pack ships free. Close friends & family who know our warehouse can choose «Pickup» at checkout — free; we WhatsApp you when it is ready.

6. كيف بدفع؟ — How do I pay?
عبر Whish — كبسة وحدة عند إتمام الطلب، بتوافقي عليها من تلفونك، وبيوصلك إيصال فوري. نحنا بلا كاش: ما في دفع عند الاستلام، وهيك كل دفعة معها إيصال وموثّقة بالكامل. إذا ما مشيت الدفعة عبر Whish، مساعدة بالطلبات: rasha.beauty/help.
Through Whish — one click at checkout, approved from your phone, instant receipt. We're cash-free: no cash on delivery, so every payment is receipted and fully traceable. If a Whish payment doesn't go through, order help is at rasha.beauty/help.
7. فيني رجّع منتج؟ — Can I return a product?
كل عملية بيع نهائية، ما منقبل إرجاع وما في استرداد. منتجات العناية والمكياج منتجات نظافة شخصية: أي قطعة بتطلع من عنّا ما فيها ترجع عالرف ولا تنباع لغيرك. وهيدا مش تشدّد، هيدا بالضبط سرّ ضمانتنا إنو كل شي بيوصلك ما حدا فاتحو، جديد وأصلي ميّة بالميّة. افحصي طلبيتك لحظة الاستلام قبل ما يمشي الموزّع، ولما تستلمي الطرد بتكون طلبيتك اكتملت. وإذا في مشكلة بطلبيتك، مساعدة بالطلبات: rasha.beauty/help.
All sales are final — we don't accept returns or offer refunds. Skincare and makeup are personal-hygiene products: any item that leaves us can never go back on our shelf or be resold to someone else. That's not strictness — it's exactly how we guarantee that everything you receive is unopened, untouched, and 100% authentic. Please check your order at the moment of delivery, before the courier leaves; once you've accepted your package, your order is complete. 8. عندكن محل؟ — Do you have a physical store?
لسّا لأ — نحنا متجر إلكتروني فقط، مركزنا بيروت، ومنوصّل لكل لبنان. تابعينا عالإنستغرام والتيكتوك لتشوفي كل منتج عن قريب قبل ما تطلبي.
Not yet — we're online only, based in Beirut, and we deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to see every product up close before you order.
