Terms of Service
Who we are. Rasha Beauty is a curated K-beauty retail store operating online from Baalbeck, Lebanon, at rasha.beauty. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Products & authenticity. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, with a Certificate of Origin from South Korea, sourced from established Korean wholesale suppliers. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor packaging variations by the manufacturer can occur between production batches.
Prices & payment. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is exclusively through Whish — one-click on-site payment at checkout; we do not accept cash on delivery. An order is confirmed once your Whish payment is complete.
Delivery, returns, privacy. Covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy — all linked in the footer and forming part of these terms.
Proper use. Skincare and cosmetics are for external use as directed on each product page. Always patch-test new products and follow the usage notes we publish — especially for exfoliating products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional.
Intellectual property. All brand names belong to their respective owners. Rasha Beauty's own content — copy, curation, photography, and the Rasha's Edit name — may not be reused without permission.
Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by Lebanese consumer-protection law, which governs these terms.

شروط الخدمة
مين نحنا. «رشا بيوتي» متجر تجزئة إلكتروني متخصّص بتشكيلة منتقاة من الجمال الكوري، بيشتغل من بعلبك، لبنان. بمجرّد ما تعملي طلب، بتكوني موافقة عهالشروط.
المنتجات والأصالة. كل منتج منبيعو أصلي ١٠٠٪ ومعو شهادة منشأ من كوريا الجنوبية، ومصدرو موردي جملة كوريون معروفون. صور المنتجات وأوصافها مقدّمة بحسن نيّة؛ وممكن يصير في اختلافات بسيطة بالتغليف بين دفعات الإنتاج من المصنع نفسو.
الأسعار والدفع. كل الأسعار بالدولار الأميركي. الدفع حصراً عبر «ويش» — دفع إلكتروني بكبسة وحدة عند إتمام الطلب من الموقع؛ ما منقبل الدفع عند الاستلام. الطلب بينأكّد بمجرّد ما يتمّ الدفع عبر «ويش».
التوصيل والإرجاع والخصوصية. بتغطّيها سياسة التوصيل وسياسة الاسترجاع وسياسة الخصوصية — كلها بأسفل الموقع وبتشكّل جزءاً من هالشروط.
الاستعمال الصحيح. منتجات العناية والمكياج للاستعمال الخارجي حسب التعليمات عصفحة كل منتج. جرّبي دايماً أي منتج جديد عمساحة صغيرة من البشرة أولاً، والتزمي بملاحظات الاستعمال يلّي مننشرها — خصوصاً للمنتجات المقشّرة. وقّفي الاستعمال إذا صار تهيّج واستشيري مختصّ.
الملكية الفكرية. أسماء الماركات ملك أصحابها. أما محتوى «رشا بيوتي» — النصوص والتنقاية والتصوير واسم «اختيار رشا» — فما بيجوز إعادة استعمالو بلا إذن.
المسؤولية. مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب محدودة بالمبلغ المدفوع لهالطلب. وما في شي بهالشروط بيحدّ من الحقوق يلّي بيمنحها قانون حماية المستهلك اللبناني، وهو القانون يلّي بيحكم هالشروط.
